NOTES
1. The CD ROM mentioned in the Homework Problems has not been published. If and when it is, it will contain all of the programs at this web site. You do not need the CD ROM because you can download all the programs from this web site free of charge.
2. If you get the any error messages, be sure to download and extract all the programs listed in Chapter 1. The fastest and safest way to do this is to download the last program listed in Chap 1, labeled "All five of the above." |
